Exams are around the corner again! Don’t forget to stay well-hydrated even while studying, and get up every 15 minutes to stretch.

Drink at least 8 glasses of fluids each day.

We should also remember that all beverages contribute towards hydration.

Holding the ends, stand on the middle of the band, with feet at shoulders width apart, in a V.

Slowly squat down and bring your elbows up to shoulder level. Hold for 5 seconds and slowly return to starting position.

Repeat for 5 times or more if you can.

TIP : During a proper squat, the knees should be in-line with the toes.
