We would like to urge you to get moving with your children!

In order to achieve a balanced lifestyle, your child has to start on good habits from an early age. What you can do is to show your encouragement by exercising alongside with your child. As many of you are working, we understand that the amount of time to exercise might be limited. What we propose is not a time-consuming routine, but light and easy exercises like stretching and climbing the stairs, which can make a vast difference in the long term.

This year’s programme will be beneficial to you. Incorporating the use of stretchy resistance bands, your child will receive a poster which teaches him/her the correct usage of the bands as well as 12 exercises you can learn each month. Also, this website provides you with short clips on each exercise, which is really easy to learn and follow.

If you’d like, you can purchase these exercise bands at any sports store with differing levels of resistance for all the members of your family.
